Wild Hogs - Middle-aged Men Power Reloaded

Wild Hogs is doing quite well in the Box Office this week. “Why?”, you might want to ask yourself. Well, it is because it is one of those movies where the actors stand out, even if we are talking about silly, situational humor.
What is the story about? It is as simple as this: four middle-aged men going on a road trip - what kind of a road trip? Well, the rod trip has to be rebellious and adventurous, so they opt for on motorcycles. And, by the way, they can’t actually ride motorcycles well enough. What stimulates them to take this fun and exciting challenge? Well, they are middle-aged (which makes any crisis and rebellious move excusable) and the sun is not actually shining on their “career street” - to sum it up, the movie asks and teases: “What is today wasn’t your day? Or week? Or year?” the answer would be: “I would go on a motorcycle road trip”, you got it. What follows is a row full of humorous adventures, fighting in bars (which they also blow up - literally), troubles with riding, troubles with the law and, of course, lady-related troubles. And these troubles make the comedy a genuine comedy.
Still thinking about paying a visit to the movie theatre and watching this light Walt Becker comedy with an almost classical story? If you are a middle-aged rider yourself, you might have quite a few extra reasons to go and watch it. Well, at least you know that even if it’s not your kind of humor, you can enjoy the performances of the actors, since we are actually talking about good, funny ones: Tim Allen, John Travolta, Martin Lawrence and William H. Macy, who manage to represent four different and quite captivating personalities. Enjoy!
