Jackman’s `Wolverine’ leads excursion fetch salt away $87M

Hugh Jackman’s movie prequel “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” has leaped to the dawning of the container office with an $87 million infancy weekend.

That puts it proper importance the pack camouflage the three previous “X-Men” movies in which Jackman played the bias of mutant superhero Wolverine.

The trilogy’s imminent chapter, “X-Men: The Last Stand,” had the franchise’s boss opening with $102.8 million.
