Josh Klausner was chosen to adapt the novel Adena Halpern “The ten best days of my life,” which 20th Century Fox has developed as a vehicle starring Amy Adams and Shawn Levy to direct vehicles.
The book focuses on a woman who dies and goes to the next level beyond – called, what else, Seventh Heaven – but in danger of being relegated to a lower level unless they can prove he lived a life worth to count their best 10 times.
The novel was published in May 2008, Fox acquired the rights this year.
Adams made his debut as producer of the project, Levy and proceeds through its flag, 21 laps.
Klausner was second unit director for the play of several brothers Farrelly, before moving on to writing. Then he wrote Fox “Date Night”, directed by Levy and co-wrote the sequel to “Shrek forever.”
