salt1 211x300 Movie Review: Salt

Angelina Jolie is my favorite actress ever. I know this is a bold statement, but for a long time and in the immediate future that has this title. I love how different roles have been in his career. If she is playing the video game industry’s most famous heroine to portray a mother in 1920 in search of her child, Jolie has proven that she is a skilled actress. But what really shines is what makes Angie off the screen. His humanitarian work as Goodwill Ambassador of the United Nations shows that she is more than a pretty face. Jolie returns to the silver screen in Salt, an action / thriller is a genre he knows well.

Salt Evelyn (Jolie) is a CIA agent who lives a fairly happy life with her husband of ten years (August Diehl). On his birthday, salt, and his colleague (Live Schreiber) are asked to question a Russian defector named Orlov (Daniel Oldrychski). Orlov states that the Russian president will be killed by a Russian spy by the name of Evelyn Salt. Shaken, Salt escapes the CIA, claiming that it is only trying to protect her husband. But after a few scenes many questions begin to wonder if the salt is actually serving as a CIA agent or as a Russian spy. Who exactly is the salt?

The salt could have been like any other thriller that is included in recent years, but instead decided to be good in place. This film has everything that movies have, fighting action, guns, car chases, impossible feats humans, and plot holes big enough to fit in a jumbo jet, however, is delivered in a fun and neat package. Not only that, but it also brings back the Russian people as a credible threat of cinema (which has become something of a stereotype in recent years).Revelation after revelation in this film leaves you guessing the outcome and the truth until the credits start rolling.

Not only is the film a nonstop thrill ride from start to finish, also has many great performances.Angelina Jolie is really comfortable in the action genre and it shows in this film. She performs her role with a fury that is required for such a role like this. And the supporting cast is so big.Liev Schrieder and Chiwetel Ejiofor are the perfect balance of salt and colleagues once and hunters.

Salt is a fun rollercoaster of a movie that starts with a quick right from the start and stop the endless rhythm or barrel rolls to the end. It is a breath of fresh air in a genre that was becoming too congested.
